抑癌基因蛋白PTEN,P16和P27在乳腺癌中表达及其临床病理意义

目的研究抑癌基因蛋白PTEN,P16和P27在乳腺癌中的表达情况并探讨其临床病理意义。方法运用免疫组织化学染色S-P法,检测80例乳腺癌和30例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中PTEN、P16和P27表达情况并分析其与淋巴结转移的关系。结果 80例乳腺癌组织的PTEN阳性表达率为53.75%(43/80),阴性表达率为46.25%(37/80);P16阳性表达率为36.25%(29/80),阴性表达率为63.75%(51/80);P27阳性表达率为45.00%(36/80),阴性表达率为55.00%(44/80)。三种抑癌基因蛋白的阳性表达率明显低于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织(P<0.01)。淋巴结未转移组PTEN阳性率45.00%(36/80),P16阳性率25.00%(20/80),P27阳性率35.00%(28/80)显著高于淋巴结转移组PTEN阳性率8.75%(7/80),P16阳性率11.25%(9/80),P27阳性率10.00%(8/80)(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中抑癌基因蛋白PTEN、P16和P27表达明显低于对照组且淋巴结未转移组的阳性率显著高于淋巴结转移组,PTEN、P16和P27为乳腺癌预后因子,可以作为判断乳腺癌预后的指标。

Expression and Clinicopathological Significance of PTEN, P16 and P27 in Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the role of PTEN,P16 and P27 in the expression of breast cancer,and to explore the significance of clinic pathology.Methods The expressions of PTEN,P16 and P27 in 80 case of breast cancer and 30 case of mammary fiber adenoma were detected by means of immunocytochemistry,and the relationship with lymphatic metastasis was analyzed.Results The results showed that the positive expression rate of PTEN,P16 and P27 were 53.75%(43/80),36.25%(29/80),45.00%(36/80),as well as negative expression rate were 46.25%(37/80),63.75%(51/80),55.00%(44/80).Compared with the tissue of mammary fiber adenoma,the positive expression rate of breast cancer was significantly lower(P <0.01).The positive expression rate of non-lymphatic metastasis was significantly higher(P <0.05).Conclusions The expression level of the all detected markers in breast cancer is significantly lower than the control group and the positive rate of non-lymphatic metastasis is significantly higher than lymphatic metastasis.As a result,PTEN,P16 and P27 are prognosis factors for breast cancer,which can be used as the indicators to estimate the prognosis of breast cancer.
