| 摘 要： | 目的：研究制备大鼠心气虚动物模型的方法。方法：成年近交系Wistar大鼠26只,雌雄各半,随机分为对照组和游泳模型组;游泳组每天采用两次游泳法,强迫大鼠负重游泳至力竭,实验第18天起,在每日游泳的基础上灌服心得安溶液2.4mg/100g,连续4天;实验第22天造模结束。结果：游泳组在造模第3天后体重逐渐减轻,至实验第21天较对照组体重明显降低（P〈0.01）,最大心室内压、心室峰压平均值、心率均下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：游泳组大鼠体力下降,心功能减弱,符合临床心气虚的特点,心气虚大鼠模型制备成功。
