摘    要:秦艽是我国传统的中藏药材,为龙胆属Gentiana(Tourn.)L.秦艽组植物,主要分布在青藏高原及周边地区,在多种疾病的治疗方面具有显著疗效。对近20年国内外秦艽组植物的形态多态性、生化多态性及分子多态性的研究进展进行综述与展望,以期为秦艽的种质资源保护、鉴定及进化适应等研究提供借鉴。

Abstract:Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix is a Chinese traditional Tibetan herb, belonging to Sect. Cruciata Gaudin of Gentiana genus. Which originated from Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and adjacent regions and had significant pharmaceutical effect on lots of disease. In this review, we summarized the research advance studies on morphologic, biochemical, and genetic diversity on this species in the past 20 years, which could provide the help for germplasm protection, identification, and evolutionary adaptation works in the future.
