熄风通络头痛片联合布洛芬治疗偏头痛的临床研究

目的研究熄风通络头痛片联合布洛芬缓释片治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2017年8月—2018年8月恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院收治的100例偏头痛患者为研究对象,所有患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组患者口服布洛芬缓释片,1片/次,2次/d(早晚各1次)。治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服熄风通络头痛片,4片/次,3次/d。两组患者持续治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的头痛发作次数、头痛持续时间和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及内皮素-1(ET-1)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为78.00%、94.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者头痛持续时间、头痛发作次数和VAS评分均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);并且治疗组头痛持续时间、头痛发作次数和VAS评分显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清ET-1、5-HT、CGRP水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗后治疗组血清因子水平显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论熄风通络头痛片联合布洛芬缓释片治疗偏头痛具有较好的临床疗效,能改善患者临床症状,缓解疼痛,降低血清因子水平,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical study on Xifeng Tongluo Toutong Tablets combined with ibuprofen in treatment of migraine

Objective To study the effect of Xifeng Tongluo Toutong Tablets combined with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Tablets in treatment of migraine. Methods Patients (100 cases) with migraine in the Central Hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefectures from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xifeng Tongluo Toutong Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the frequency of headache, the duration of headache, the VAS score, and the levels of ET-1, 5-HT, and CGRP in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.00% and 94.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency of headache, the duration of headache, and the VAS score in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of ET-1, 5-HT, and CGRP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serum factor levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xifeng Tongluo Toutong Tablets combined with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of migraine, can improve clinical symptoms, relieve pain, and reduce serum factor levels, which has a certain clinical application value.
