| 摘 要： | 近10年来，新发现了36种中药活性成分（部位）能够有效保护损伤心肌，分别通过调控凋亡基因的表达、调节氧化应激、抑制炎症反应等发挥对损伤心肌的保护作用。对此做系统论述及整理，为心血管领域的新药研发提供参考。

| Abstract: | This article summarizes the recent progress in the research on the active ingredients and mechanism of Chinese medicine protecting injured myocardium in the past 10 years. And 36 kinds of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine have been found to effectively protect injured myocardium. They play injured myocardium intervention by regulating the expression of apoptosis gene and the oxidative stress and inhibiting inflammatory reaction. This paper makes a systematic discussion and collation. |
