糖尿病性骨质疏松症的中医研究进展

骨质疏松症作为糖尿病在骨骼系统的慢性并发症,其发病率与糖尿病的发病率均在逐年上升,严重者可导致骨折,影响患者的生活质量。目前现代医学在治疗骨质疏松方面治疗效果不确切,不良反应多,价格昂贵。本病属于中医消渴合并骨痿的范畴,中医治疗逐渐受到重视,近年来在中医中药治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松方面展开许多临床和实验研究,疗效确切。现将从病因病机、辨证分型、临床研究和实验研究4个方面对近年来相关的研究进展进行综述。

Research progress of diabetic osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine

Osteoporosis is a chronic complication of diabetes in the bone system. The incidence of osteoporosis and diabetes is increasing year by year. Severe cases can lead to fracture and affect the quality of life of the patients. At present, the efficacy of modern medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis is not accurate, with many side effects and high price. This disease belongs to Chinese medicine category of wasting-thirst combined with atrophic debility of bones. The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more and more attention. In recent years, a lot of clinical and experimental studies have been carried out on the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis with definite curative efficacy. This paper reviews the recent research progress in etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, clinical research, and experimental research.
