摘    要:目的建立一种从甘草超滤液中制备甘草素的工艺路线。方法以甘草素保留率为指标,采用U5(53)均匀设计优化超滤工艺;以萃取率为指标,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化络合萃取工艺;以甘草素反萃取率为指标,确定反萃取甘草素的工艺条件。结果甘草素的最佳超滤条件为孔径10 nm的无机陶瓷膜、压力0.12 MPa、料液温度25℃,甘草素保留率98.74%;1%三烷基氧化膦(TRPO)、萃取10 min、5 mL有机相溶液为最佳络合萃取条件,甘草素萃取率99.44%;12.5 mmol/L NaOH水溶液为最佳反萃取剂,反萃取率98.88%。结论作为一种新兴的中药萃取技术,超滤-络合萃取反萃取技术具有高选择、高效、萃取剂循环利用等优点,可为甘草素的研究提供一种全新的制备技术。
