摘    要:肝病严重危害人们身体健康和生活质量,发病率不断攀升。肝损伤是各种肝脏疾病共有的一种病理状态,其持续恶化会导致肝硬化、肝纤维化、肝癌等疾病。黄酮类化合物广泛存在于自然界,是一类重要的天然有机化合物。研究发现,黄酮类化合物在保肝作用方面效果显著,具有广阔的应用前景。黄酮类化合物毒性低、不良反应小,近年来备受国内外学者重视,相关作用机制的研究也不断深入。本文综述了近十年,尤其是近三年来国内外黄酮类化合物抗肝损伤的作用机制。

Abstract:The incidence of liver disease continues to rise and health and quality of life are seriously affected for people. Liver damage is the pathologic status in the liver system, which can lead to cirrhosis, fibrosis and cancer of the liver. Flavonoids are important natural organic compounds that widely distributed in the plant kingdom. Studies showed that flavonoids have significant effects on liver protection. They have broad application prospects for its low toxicity and small side effects. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have conducted in-depth research on its mechanism. This paper summarizes the mechanism of anti-hepatic lesion of flavonoids at home and abroad in the past ten years, especially in the past three years.
