| 摘 要： | 年龄相关性黄斑变性(ARMD)是引起中老年人视力丧失的首要原因，其确切病因尚未明了，故治疗效果不佳。脂褐素随着年龄增长在视网膜色素上皮的积累是眼睛老化的标志，通过光化学作用等影响正常视网膜色素上皮细胞的功能，与ARMD的发生发展有一定联系。本文就脂褐素及其与ARMD的关系进行综述。

| Abstract: | Age-related macular degeneration(ARMD)is a major cause resulting in visual loss of middle-aged and older people. The exact cause of this disease is unknown yet, and the curative effect is poor. The lipofuscin accumulation in retinal pigment epithelium with age is the marker of eye aging, which produces effect on the function of normal retinal pigment epithelial cells through photochemical action and others. It is associated with the occurrence and development of ARMD to some extent. Lipofuscin and its relation with ARMD are comprehensively introduced in this paper. |
