| 摘 要： | 前房深度的变化是白内障患者术后视力变化的主要原因之一。目前，国内外对术后前房深度变化的研究有很多，本文将从白内障手术后前房深度变化，影响前房深度变化的因素以及因前房深度变化引起的屈光漂移做一综述。

| Abstract: | The fluctuation of anterior chamber depth(ACD)is one of the main causes of refractive shift after cataract surgery. Currently, there are numerous studies on the changes of ACD after cataract surgery worldwide. This article reviews the trend of the change of ACD after cataract surgery, and the influence factors and accompanying refractive shift. |
