具有黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制作用的中药及中成药治疗高尿酸血症研究进展

黄嘌呤氧化酶是一种重要的嘌呤代谢酶，可催化次黄嘌呤转化为黄嘌呤，再进一步催化黄嘌呤产生尿酸。当体内尿酸浓度过高时将导致高尿酸血症，进而引起痛风的发作。而黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂可降低体内黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性。现阶段大部分西药如别嘌呤醇、非布司他等的毒副作用较大，文章就具有黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制作用的中药及中成药来治疗高尿酸血症与痛风进行详细综述，为相关研究提供有益参考。

Research progress on treatment of gout by xanthine oxidase inhibitor in traditional Chinese medicine

Xanthine oxidase is an important metabolic enzyme of purine,which can catalyze the transformation of hypoxanthine into xanthine,and then catalyze xanthine to produce uric acid. High levels of uric acid in the body can lead to hyperuricemia,which can lead to the onset of gout. Xanthine oxidase inhibitors can reduce the activity of XOD. At present,most western drugs such as allopurinol and febuxostat have great side effects. In this paper,the extraction of xanthine oxidase inhibitors from traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout were reviewed in detail. It provides useful reference for related research.
