摘    要:双酚A(BPA)是一种内分泌干扰物,能破坏机体内分泌系统,引发代谢异常。由于BPA在生活环境中存在的广泛性及其对健康的损害,一直被广泛关注。既往研究多集中在 BPA诱发肥胖、生殖障碍、致癌等方面的机制研究。BPA是人体雌激素的类似物,而骨组织对雌激素敏感,故BPA对骨组织具有重要调控作用,国内外渐有相关研究,本文就BPA对骨分化及骨密度的影响及其作用的分子机制等研究进展作以综述。

Abstract:Bisphenol A (BPA) is an endocrine disrupting chemical that destroys the endocrine system and leads to metabolic disorders. BPA has been widely concerned due to its ubiquity in the environment and damage to health. Previous studies have focused on the physiological functions of BPA involved in obesity, reproductive system disorders, and carcinogenesis. BPA is generally recognized as a xenoestrogen so that plays an important role in the regulation of bone, a hormone-sensitive tissue. However, underlying mechanism is still under debate. This article reviews the research progress on the effects of BPA on osteogenic differentiation and bone mineral density and its molecular mechanism.
