徐旭英教授治疗结节性血管炎的临床经验

介绍徐旭英教授治疗结节性血管炎经验。徐教授认为结节性血管炎病性多属本虚标实，病机方面以气血不足为本，湿热瘀为标，阳有余而阴不足，病位多在肺、脾、肾，立法关键在于扶正祛邪兼顾，必要时内外治并举。遣方用药上常以当归、白芍养血为基础，辅以党参、黄芪等益气生血；据邪气偏重予苍术、黄柏等祛湿，金银花、连翘、蒲公英等清热，桃仁、红花等祛瘀，随症治之。

Professor XU Xuying's clinical experience in treating nodular vasculitis

In this paper,Professor XU Xuying''s experience in treating nodular vasculitis (NV) was introduced. The pathology of NV is deficiency-excess complex,which is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. Moreover,the pathomechanism is dificiency of qi and blood in origin,and dampness heat and blood-stasis in superficiality. To most patients,yang is often excessive,while yin is often insufficient. In addition,the location of NV should be lung,spleen and kidney. Strengthening body resistance to eliminate pathogens is the key point for treatment. Internal and external treatments are both taken when necessary.
