摘    要:目的明确疏风解毒胶囊发挥疏风解表作用的潜在物质基础。方法利用LC-MS建立疏风解毒胶囊22个不同中材配比样品的MS谱库;采用与疏风解表相关的M3型乙酰胆碱受体高表达的中国仓鼠卵巢癌细胞CHO-K1/M3为体外中效筛选模型,检测22个样品对M3受体的激动活性;以22个样品特征峰的相对峰面积为自变量,以对M3受体的激动率为因变量,采用BP-神经网络算法进行谱-效关联分析。结果通过建立的最佳神经网络模型,计算得到16个特征峰与疏风解毒胶囊对M3受体的激动活性显著相关。结论通过谱效研究,推测疏风解毒胶囊发挥疏风解表的中效物质基础可能为包括二氢败酱苷、大黄素、大黄酸、连翘苷、连翘酯苷E、柴胡皂苷d、虎杖苷、毛蕊花糖苷等在内的16个化合物,为其质量标志物的确定提供了依据。
