活络止痛丸联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

目的探究活络止痛丸联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2018年6月西南医科大学附属医院收治的96例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各48例。对照组患者关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠注射液,2.5 mL/次,1次/周。治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服活络止痛丸,4 g/次,3次/d,两组均连续治疗12周。观察两组患者的临床疗效,同时比较两组治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、骨关节炎指数量表(WOMAC)评分、膝功能Lysholm评分和炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为83.33%、95.83%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分和WOMAC评分均显著降低,Lysholm评分显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组患者相关评分明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著下降(P0.05);且治疗组炎症因子水平显著降低(P0.05)。结论活络止痛丸联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效,可有效改善患者VAS、WOMAC和Lysholm评分,减少炎症因子的释放,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical study of Huoluo Zhitong Pills combined with sodium hyaluronate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huoluo Zhitong Pills combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Patients (96 cases) with knee osteoarthritis in The Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 48 cases. Patients in the control group were intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection, 2.5 mL/time, once weekly. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huoluo Zhitong Pills on the basis of the control group, 4 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the VAS, WOMAC score, Lysholm score, and inflammatory cytokine levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 83.33% and 95.83%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS and WOMAC scores in two groups were significantly decreased, but Lysholm scores were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the related scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-6 and CRP levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the inflammatory cytokine levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Huoluo Zhitong Pills combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of knee osteoarthritis, can effectively improve the VAS, WOMAC and Lysholm scores, and reduce the inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
