| 摘 要： | 目的：了解加强护理干预对婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎家长依从性的影响。方法：总结分析32例婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎临床表现和治疗方法，对家长加强健康教育干预，运用循证护理理念对患儿实施专科护理：重点是静脉穿刺置管及保护静脉护理、药物不良反应监测和预防交叉感染等。结果：32例婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎治愈6例，好转19例，治愈和好转率78．13％（25／32）。结论：加强护理干预，可以提高家长依从性，提高婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎临床治愈和好转率。
