摘    要:目的探讨补充维生素B2对女大学生抗氧化能力的影响,为预防和控制退行性疾病的发生提供科学依据。方法选取某学院高护专业女大学生253名,按谷胱苷肽还原酶活性系数分为维生素B2正常组和缺乏组,测定抗氧化指标。缺乏组补充维生素B21.0mg/d,6周后再次测定。结果缺乏组丙二醛(MDA)高于正常组(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)明显低于正常组,干预后BGRAC明显上升,MDA明显降低(P<0.05);SOD,GSH-Px均明显上升(P值均<0.05)。结论女大学生维生素B2缺乏与脂质过氧化有关,补充维生素B2可增强其抗氧化功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of vitamin B2(VB2)supplement on anti-oxidative capacity among female undergraduates, and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention against degenerative diseases. Methods The female undergraduates were divided into normal group and deficiency group by BGRAC. Serum MDA, SOD and GSH-Px were detected in both groups. The blood samples were detected in deficiency group after given VB2 1.0 mg/d for 6 weeks. Results Serum MDA were higher in deficiency group than that in normal group, while SOD and GSH-Px were lower. After VB2 supplementation, the level of serum SOD and GSH-Px increased,while MDA decreased significantly. Conclusion Lipid peroxidation might be related to VB2 deficiency, VB2 supplementation effectively enhance the anti-oxidative activities of female undergraduates.
