摘    要:本文对正常牙周组织与三种不同程度牙槽骨吸收的实验模型采用有限元实验计算,分析基牙周组织与基托下支持组织的位移程度,探讨圆锥型套筒冠可摘义齿的牙周夹板治疗效果,结果说明该治疗方法对不同程度牙槽骨吸收的支持组织位移有调整作用,可防止牙周组织损伤,有利牙周组织修复.

Abstract:To explore the periodontal splint effect of conical telescopic removable dentures, both normal periodontal tissue and experimental models of three type of absorbed aveolar ridges with different degree were subjected to finite element calculation to analyze the displacement amount of abutmen-tal periodontal tissue and subbasal supporting tissue. The result demonstrates that this therapeutic method have modulating effect on the displacement of supporting tissues with different kind of absorbed aveolar ridges. It can prevent periodontal injuries and facilitate their rehabilitation.
