便携式超声仪在高原救灾中的应用价值：玉树地震灾区的医学救援

目的探讨超声检查在高原地区灾害救援中的应用价值。方法国家地震灾害救援队携带了便携式超声仪，对106例玉树地震伤员进行急诊超声检查和鉴别分类，其中男32例，女74例，年龄（32＋13．2）（5～86）岁，胸部外伤32例，盆、腹腔外伤27例，急腹症12例，孕产妇23例，四肢外伤9例，晕厥3例。结果便携式超声仪体积小、重量轻，携带方便，即使初上高原的医务人员也能使用。106例均得到及时的诊断和治疗。结论轻便的便携式超声仪适用于高原灾害救援。

Value of portable ultrasound machine in diagnosis and treatment of the wounded in disaster areas in highland: experience from practice in Yushu earthquake area

Objective The To explore the value of portable ultrasound machine in the diagnosis and treatment of the wounded in the earthquake areas in highland. Methods SonoSite 180 portable ultrasound machines were carried by the National Earthquake Medical Rescue Team to the Yushu disaster area and used on 106 cases of wounded persons, 32 males and 74 females, aged（32±13.2） （5 - 86）, 32 with chest traumas, 27 with traumas of pelvis and/or abdominal cavity, 12 with acute abdomen, 23 with pregnancy, 9 with traumas of extremities, and 3 with syncope.. Results Small, light, and easy to carry, the portable ultrasound machines could be used conveniently for the medical professionals. Immediate diagnosis and treatment were made to all 106 patients. Conclusion Portable ultrasound, machine is applicable to medical rescue in disaster areas in highland.
