应用脾组织匀浆回输维护脾切除后早期免疫功能的实验研究

将20只犬随机分为2组,分是行单纯脾切除和切脾后脾组织匀浆自体回输,观察动物细胞免疫、体液免疫和中性粒细胞吞噬功能的动态变化及廓清肺炎双球菌的能力。结果表明,脾切除后动物各项免疫指标均显著下降,匀浆回输可在术后早期维护去脾动物的免疫功能,预防脾切除后的早期感染。

Experimental Study on Using Splenic Homogenate Autoinfusion to Preserve the Immunological Function of the Asplenic Body

20 dogs were randomly divided into two groups. After splenectomy they were executed. Spleen was homogenized and autoinfused only in group B after operation. The immunological functions of T, B Iymphocytes and Ieukocytes were observed before and after operation. The results indicated that: the immunological functions were obviously reduced after splenectomy (<0.01). Splenic homogenate autoinfusion can maintain the body immunologic functions in the early periol after splenectomy (P>0.05). It can also protect the body from early postsplenctomy pneumococcus infection.
