分娩期的心理问题及心理护理

[背景 ]加强分娩时的心理疏导及护理具有临床意义 .[病例报告 ]在第一产程 ,产妇转入产室后由助产士陪伴 ,告知产妇分娩时的镇痛及应急措施 ;在第二产程 ,指导产妇有效地利用负压 ,缩短产程 ,避免难产 ;在第三产程 ,指导患者调整呼吸 ,注意血压、脉搏、子宫收缩情况及软产道损伤情况 .[讨论 ]加强分娩期的心理护理 ,可明显缩短疗程 ,减少难产及产后并发症的发生 .

BACKGROUNDTo strengthening the mentality l eading and nursing in stages of labor has important clinical meaning. WTH X C ASE REPORTAt first birth process, the midwife accompanied the lying-i n woman shifted to the delivery room and told her the ease pain and how to c ontr ol the labor step at the labor. At the second birth process, to direct the lying -in woman makes use of effective negative pressure, shortened falling into birt h process and reduced the chance of difficult labor. At third birth process, the lying-in woman was directed to adjust the breathe, and pays attention to b lo od pressure, pulse, and the womb contracts the mentality nursing that circum stan ces and soft products injury circumstances.DISCUSSIONStrengt hens childbirth phase, course of treatment can be clearly shortened, and the occurring of complication reducing difficult labor and postpartum.
