老年人牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的垫式义齿修复

目的探讨老年人牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的修复治疗。方法对35例牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损（部分伴有TMD症状）的老年患者采用了[牙合]垫式可摘义齿修复。结果随访3-12个月，35例患者其颜面美观、咀嚼和发音功能得到明显改善。有TMD者，大部分患者其关节症状缓解或消失；无TMD者，戴用义齿后未出现TMD症状，取得了良好的临床效果。结论[牙合]垫式可摘义齿是一种行之有效的治疗老年人牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的修复方法。
