输液反应原因调查

摘    要:为调查25例输液反应发生原因,控制输液反应发生率,采用流行病学方法和实验室方法对治疗室空气细菌污染情况及输液器材的内毒素进行了检测。结果,输液反应病例相对集中于老年病科和消化内科,占72%(18/25)。治疗室空气细菌总数超标率为33.3%(4/12),亦以老年病科和消化内科为严重。输液器材内毒素检测结果均为阴性。结果表明,治疗室空气质量可能是导致此次输液反应增加的主要原因。

Abstract:In order to survey the causes of 25 cases of fluid infusion reation and to control the incidence of fluid infusion reaction, epidemiological and laboratory methods were used to examine the bacterial contamination of air of treatment room and endotoxin on infusion apparatus. The results were as follows: The cases of fluid infusion reaction were relatively concentrated in department of geriatrics and department of digestive diseases, accounting for 72% (18/25); the rate of exceeding allowable limit of total bacterial count of air in treatment room was 33.3% (4/12) and this was also severe in department of geriatrics and depart-ment of digestive disease. Results of examination of endotoxin on infusion apparatus was negative. The results indicated that the quality of air in treatment room may be the main cause leading to increase in fluid infusion reaction in the present cases.
