摘    要:在许多恶性肿瘤中PI3K/Akt信号通路的表达出现异常,影响多个靶标分子的功能,在肿瘤发生、发展过程中起着关键作用,与肿瘤细胞治疗抗拒、增殖凋亡、周期调控、侵袭转移及血管形成等过程密切相关。抑制该通路的方案已成为肿瘤治疗的研究热点,其中以通路中关键分子为靶点的靶向治疗有了长足发展。我们就PI3K/Akt信号通路的组成功能、调节及其对肿瘤形成和治疗的关系进行整理,希望为广大医务工作者提供参考。

Abstract:PI3K/Akt signal transduction pathway is abnormally activated in many tumors,which affects the function of many target molecules.It plays a key role in the process of tumor formation and development,and participates in the process of cell proliferation,apoptosis,differentiation cycle regulation,invasion and migration,angiogenesis and so on.Inhibiting PI3K/Akt signaling pathway has become a research hotspot in cancer therapy.Tumor therapy strategies targeting key molecules of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway have developed rapidly.This article reviews the composition,function,regulation of PI3K/Akt pathway and its relationship with tumor formation,development and treatment.
