南宁市某糖纸厂废水致突变性研究

摘    要:对南宁市某糖纸厂排放几种废水及下游邕江水的污染程度及致突变性进行检测,结果发现废水SS,BOD,COD明显超过排污标准,废水诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核率均高于阴性对照组,且微核率与BOD,COD存在正相关关系,rBOD=0.9516,P〈0.01,rCOD=0.8221,P〈0.05,提示该厂排放的废水可能具有较强的致突变作用,致突变作用与废水中有机污染物有关。

Abstract:In this study,polluted level and mutagenicity in waste water discharged form the sugar refinery and paper mill in Nanning and water in down Yongjiang river were determined The results showed that the contents of SS COD BOD in waste water exceeded the emission standard obviously There were significant difference between the control group and waste water group in the micronucleus test in mice bone marrow cells( P<0 01) and significant correlation between micronucleus rate and COD BOD:r BOD =0 9516, P<0 01; r COD =0 8221, P<0 05 These results indicated that the waste water might have strong mutagenic action related to organic pollutant Because the water in down Yongjiang River has been polluted seriously,the waste water must be controlled effectively
