| 摘 要： | 目的探讨、分析人工肱骨头置换的适应症及早期结果。方法对5例人工肱骨头置换患者进行随访、总结及分析,采用改良UCLA评分法评价。结果良好,改良UCLA评分在29￣33分,患者主观满意。结论复杂肱骨近端骨折、肱骨近端可切除的恶性骨肿瘤是人工肱骨头置换的适应症,近期效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate analysis early results and indication of humeral head replacement.Methods Five patients who had received humeral head replacement were reviewed and analysed UCLA score was adoped for evaluation at the latest follow up.Results UCLA score was between 29~33,the mean was 31.The results were satisfactory.Conclusions Complicated proximal humerus fractures and proximal humerus tumor that can be ex-cised is indication of humeral head replacement.Early results are satisfactroy. |
