| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Vogt-小柳-原田综合征(Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome,VKHS)的命名、发病机制、诊断、治疗及预后,提高对本病的认识。方法采用回顾性的研究方法,报告2例VKHS患者的临床资料、治疗经过及预后。结果 2例均有葡萄膜炎及脑膜炎症状及体征,均采用激素治疗,预后较好。结论 VKHS是一种累积多系统的疾病,主要包括神经系统、眼、耳及皮肤。早期易误诊及漏诊,一般采用激素治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the denomination,pathogensis,diagnosis,management and prognosis of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome(VKHS) and to improve our understanding of this syndrome.Methods The data of the clinical manifestation,treatment and prognosis of the two patients with VKHS were studied retrospectively.Results Both of the patients had the symptoms and physical signs of uveitis and eningitis.Both were gave the hormone and the prognosis were nice.Conclusion VKHS can attack multiple systems,include neuro syste... |
