| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性十二指肠乳头类癌的病理组织学、免疫组织化学特征及其诊断和治疗。方法总结1例原发性十二指肠乳头类癌患者的临床资料,并结合文献复习。结果该患者行超声内镜及活检,免疫组化分析:CgA(+),Som(+)。诊断为原发性十二指肠乳头类癌。经行十二指肠乳头肿瘤切除术顺利康复出院。结论原发性十二指肠乳头类癌临床罕见,诊断困难,需结合病理组织形态、免疫表型特征确诊,治疗以手术为主。
