| 摘 要： | 心肌梗死等缺血性心脏病严重威胁人类生存和生活质量,组织工程技术为根治心肌梗死等心脏病提供了一种新的方法,近年来,心肌组织工程有了较大的进展,但在种子细胞等方面的难题还远没有解决。本文对关于间充质干细胞分化为心肌细胞的研究作了一下综述,为细胞替代治疗的研究提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Ischemic heart disease such as myocardial infarction endanger human health and life,cardiac tissue engineering is one of the new radical therapy for myocardial infarction.In recent years,researchers have made great progress in cardiac tissue engineering,but the problems of seed cells and scaffold materials are far from resolved.This paper reviews research advances of mesenchymal stem cells induced into cardiomyocyets so that it may contribute to Cell therapy. |
