| 摘 要： | 通过对教学质量调查结果的分析，探讨了目前我院课堂教学及实践教学中存在的一些问题。从影响教学质量的内部因素着手，提出只有树立科学的教学理念、加强教学质量监控体系、提高教师队伍的整体素质和教学水平以及加快课程建设，才是提高教学质量的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the results of the investigation into the teaching quality in our hospital, this article approaches some problems now existing in the course teaching and practice teaching work. Proceeding with the internal factors that affect the teaching quality, this article points out that only to build up a scientific education idea, enhance the quality and capability of the whole teaching staff and strengthen monitoring system of the teaching quality can heighten the teaching quality. |
