| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大肠癌组织中乙酰肝素酶(heparanase,HPA)的表达特征及其与大肠癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化SABC法,检测64例大肠癌组织中乙酰肝素酶蛋白的表达情况。结果64例大肠癌组织中乙酰肝素酶蛋白的阳性率为57.8%;乙酰肝素酶蛋白的阳性率在不同浸润深度分组和有无淋巴结转移分组的差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论乙酰肝素酶蛋白的表达可能在大肠癌侵袭和转移的过程中具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of heparanase(HPA) protein in colorectal cancer tissue and its relationship with the character of invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of heparanase protein was detected by SABC immunohistochemistry in 64 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Results The positive rate of heparanase protein was detected in 57.8%; The positive rate of heparanase protein was significantly high in the relationship with the invasion depth and lymphnode metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion Heparanase protein may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer. |
