自然景观在疗养医学中的应用与发展

目的 调查我国自然景观的资源情况，探讨合理利用自然景观资源，寻找提高疗养质量的途径。方法 对我国自然景观资源的状况调查，分析自然景观对人体的影响，及与疾病康复和治疗方面的关系。结果 我国是自然景观丰富的国家，具有山地景观、海滨景观、湖泊景观、森林景观、草源景观、沙漠景观和喷泉景观等。各种不同的自然景观对人体有不同的影响。结论 我国自然景观资源丰富，良好的自然景观资源对疗养员在调节心理平衡、消除疲劳、矫治疾病、增强体质等方面起重要作用，对患有循环、神经、血液、呼吸系统等疾病的患者有较好的治疗和康复作用。
