健康教育对改善糖尿病患者卫生行为和治疗效果的探讨

目的探讨健康教育对改善糖尿病患者的卫生行为和治疗效果的作用。方法把广州市越秀区的2个社区各100例糖尿病患者分别作为干预组和对照组,在降糖药物不变的情况下,对干预组进行1年系统的健康教育干预,而对照组不接受健康教育。1年后,对干预有效性进行评价。结果通过1年的健康教育干预,干预组糖尿病患者的卫生行为(自我测控、运动、体重控制、用药)和治疗效果有明显改善(P<0.05),而对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论系统化的健康教育干预对改善糖尿病患者的卫生行为和治疗效果有着十分重要的意义。

Effect of Health Education to Health Behaviors of the Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Its Treatment Result

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of health education to health behaviors of the patients with diabetes mellitus and its treatment result.METHODS Two hundred patients with diabetes mellitus who came from two communities of Guangzhou were divided into two groups.In addition to conventional therapy,the experimental group of 100 cases received one year diabetic health education,however,the control group of 100 cases was only treated with conventional therapy.Drug therapy of all patients was not changed during the observation.RESULTS The health behaviors of the patients with diabetes mellitus were significantly improved after diabetic health education in the experimental group(P<0.05),but in the control group they had shown no significant improvement(P<0.05).And the treatment result was nuch better than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCIUSION Systematic health education is significantly effective in improving health behaviors and glucose metabolism in diabetic patients.
