乌体林斯对哮喘患儿T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的：研究乌体林斯对哮喘患儿T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法：采用自身对照试验，对38例哮喘患儿肌注乌体林斯治疗8周，治疗前后分别抽血查T淋巴细胞亚群及IgE抗体。结果：治疗后CD4显著降低（P〈0.01）CD8显著升高（P〈0.01）；CD4／CD8比值显著降低（P〈0．01）；IgE显著降低（P〈0.001），治疗效果38例中显效27例（71．05％），有效8例（21．05％）。结论：乌体林斯能够明显改善支气管哮喘患儿的免疫功能，值得推广。

Affection of Wutilinsi for T Lymphoctye Subpopulation of Children with Asthma

Objective: To study affection of Wutilinsi for T lymphoctye subpopulation of Chimdren suffering asthma.Methods:38 children suffering asthma were treated with Wutilinsi for 8 weeks by Auto-control test,and blood level of T lymphoctye subpopulation and IgE antibody were detected before and after treatment.Results: After treatment,level of CD4 was obviously decreased(P<0.01);level of CD8 was significantly increased(P<0.01).Ratio of CD4/CD8 was also decreased(P<0.01);level of IgE was decreased(P<0.001).The results showed that 27 samples among 38 patients were significantly effective(71.05%) and 8 samples among 38 patients were effective(21.05%).Conclusions: Wutilinsi can improve immunologic function of the children suffering bronchial asthma.
