| 摘 要： | [目的]了解企业苯污染的职业卫生状况。[方法]抽检原配料和空气样品中的苯、甲苯和二甲苯含量；以被调查企业185名工人作为接触组，并根据岗位不同分为A（手工喷涂55人）、B（自动喷涂50人）、C（丝印58人）、D（清洗、包装22人）4组，以34名不接触苯作业者作为对照组，对其进行职业健康体检。[结果]2次抽检原料甲苯中苯含量分别为64．8g／kg和（0．02g/kg。A、B组工人外周血血红蛋白和血小板减少，C组工人血红蛋白和血小板减少，D组工人血小板减少，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]作业工人即使仅接触低浓度苯，仍可引起机体的健康损害。
