迈之灵片联合连翘败毒片治疗湿热瘀阻型下肢血栓性浅静脉炎36例

目的探讨迈之灵片联合连翘败毒片治疗湿热瘀阻型下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的临床疗效。方法将67例符合纳入条件的患者随即分为2组，治疗组36例，予口服迈之灵片和连翘败毒片；对照组31例，予口服肠溶阿司匹林片和头孢拉定胶囊或左氧氟沙星片，疗程均为4周，每周复诊1次，观察各组的临床疗效。结果治疗组临床治愈率及有效率分别为77．8％、94．5％，对照组分别为48．4％、83．9％；治疗组在退红、消肿、止痛时间方面均短于对照组。结论迈之灵片联合连翘败毒片治疗湿热瘀阻型下肢血栓性浅静脉炎疗效确切、可靠。

Clinical Study of Combining Aescuven Forte with Lianqiao Baidu Tablets on Superficial Thrombophlebitis Caused by Humid Heat and Blood Stasis in Legs

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combining Aescuven forte with Lianqiao Baidu tablets on patients with superficial thrombophlebitis in legs caused by humid heat and blood stasis. Methods 67 patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. The patients in therapy group were treated with Aescuven forte and Lianqiao Baidu tablets, and the patients in control group were treated with enteric-coated aspirin and cefradine or Levofloxacin. All of them were treated for 4 weeks, and the effect was observed every week. Results The clinical cure rate and total effective rate was 77.8% and 94.5% in the therapy group, and 48.4% and 83.9% in the control group. The time of flush-extincting, detumescence and relieving-pain in therapy group were shorter than those in control group. Conclusion The effect of combing Aescuven forte with Lianqiao Baidu tablets on superficial thrombophlebitis caused by humid heat and blood stasis in legs is exact and reliable.
