| 摘 要： | 随着经股动脉介入治疗的发展,发明了多种用于动脉穿刺部位止血的血管封堵装置。其止血疗效可靠,近年临床应用数量逐渐增加,但是否减少术后并发症的发生率目前仍有争议。本文就近年来用于临床的封堵器的使用方法及临床评价作一综述。

| Abstract: | Along with the advances in interventional therapy, compression methods for arterial closure require prolonged compression or long arterial sheath dwelling period, which in turn would increase the procedural time, complication rates, and patients' discomfort. Under this circumstance, a variety of percutaneous arterial closure devices was invented offering rapid and reliable hemostasis but there are still some controversies concerning, whether it can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications or not. This paper reviewed and comprehended many researches and literatures to assess the efficacy and complication rates of device-mediated closure versus the gold standard of manual compression.
