| 摘 要： | 目的建立党参多糖滴丸中党参多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为490nm。结果线性范围为50～600μg/ml(r=0.999),平均回收率为100.26%,RSD为1.68%。结论本法简便快捷,准确度高,重复性好,可作为党参多糖滴丸的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a method for determination of polysaccharide content in Radix Codonopsis pill.Methods UV spectrophotometry was used at a detection wavelength of 490 nm.Results Linear range was 50～600 μg/ml（r=0.999）.The average recovery was 100.26%.RSD=1.68%.Conclusion UV spectrophotometry can be a simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible method suitable for quality control of Radix Codonopsis Pills. |
