摘    要:目的探讨体检人群中血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)与胰岛素抵抗综合征(IRS)的关系。方法测定1 178名体检人群的血清葡萄糖(Glu)、胰岛素(INS)及FFA,计算动态平衡模式(HOMA-IR),按年龄、性别分组,并对相关数据进行统计分析。结果血清FFA浓度有年龄、性别差异,40~60岁人群血清FFA浓度明显高于其他年龄组。40~60岁男、女性组血清FFA与HOMA-IR的相关性良好,其余年龄组则无相关性,在30~50岁人群中男、女性组间HOMA-IR和FFA差异明显。结论血清FFA浓度受年龄、性别等因素影响,在特定年龄段(40~60岁)人群中与HOMA-IR相关性良好,可在一定程度上反映了机体代谢状况,但不能作为IRS的早期指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between serum free fatty acid(FFA) and insulin(INS) resistance syndrome(IRS) in physical examination people.Methods The glucose(Glu),INS and FFA of 1 178 physical examination people were determined,and the homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) index was calculated.After being classified according to age and sex,the results were analyzed statistically.Results The serum FFA concentration was diverse according to different age and sex,and the serum FFA concentration in 40-60 years old group was higher than that in other age groups.Serum FFA of 40-60 years old group was correlative with HOMA-IR,but there was no correlation for other age groups.The HOMA-IR and FFA had significantly difference in 30-50 years old group between males and females.Conclusions Serum FFA concentration is affected by age,sex and so on and is correlative with HOMA-IR in the subjects of 40-60 years old.It is a factor for reflecting metabolism status,but it should not become an early indicator for IRS.
