| 摘 要： | 灼口综合征(BMS)是指发生于口腔粘膜以灼痛感觉为主的一组症候群，其发生与局部、全身、精神心理等多种因素相关。常不伴有明显的临床损害体征，也无明显的组织病理学特征。发病因素多不明确。近年来，许多学者的研究焦点集中到内分泌功能紊乱和精神心理因素，认为BMS为更年期雌激素下降或因精神心理因素问题导致一系列的口腔不适症状，对因治疗可收到良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Burning mouth syndrome(BMS) means a group of syndromes,which present an sense of burning pain in mouth.The pathogenic factors are related to local,whole body,mental/psychological aspects.No clinical lesion signs and tissue pathological features are found in this syndrome.In recent years,researchers have concentrated their attention on the disturbance of incretology and mental/psychological factors.Some of them considered that BMS may correlate with the decline of estrogen level,or the problems of mental/psychological factors.To treat the primary diseases can get good results. |
