摘    要:目的建立口内即刻负载抑制上颌骨生长的动物模型。方法选用生长发育期恒河猴为实验动物,以植入颧骨L形钛板为支抗,通过镍钛拉簧对上颌骨中的种植体施加向后牵引力,观察对上颌骨矢状方向生长的作用。结果持续作用5周后,上颌骨矢状方向的生长受到抑制,前牙呈现反骀。结论口内即刻直接施加矫治力于颌骨的方式能有效地抑制上颌骨生长,对于抑制生长发育期上颌前突探索了一种新矫治方法。

Abstract:Objective To set up an animal model of intra-oral inhibition of maxillary growth utilizing self-drilling titanium miniscrew loaded immediately.Methods An immature male rhesus was selectd as experimental animal.Two L titanium miniplates were fixed on both zygomatic bones which were used as the anchorage for inhibation of maxillary growth.Self-drilling titanium miniscrews in both sides of maxilla were immediately loaded by backward force.Results After 5 weeks,maxillary growth at saggital direction was inhibited and anterior crossbite was observed.Conclusion An animal model of intra-oral inhibition of maxillary growth was successfully established.Maxillary growth could be inhibited by intra-oral force exerted directly on the maxilla.
