| 摘 要： | 本文根据免疫学中和抑制原理,制备出含最适浓度HBsAg作为中和抑制剂,用检测HBsAg的药盒同时检测抗-HBs.对于市售HBsAg酶标药盒,经定量参比抗-HBs标定,可检出12.5mIU/ml抗-HBs,适于科研和临床检验使用。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we report the preparation of the neutralizing inhibitory reagentwith the most approprite concentration of HBsAg according to the principle of neu-tralizing inhibition of immunology in order to detect HBsAg and anti--HBs simu -ltaneouly with the commercial EIA HBsAg kits. The HBsAg kits were standardizedwith reference to anti--HBs. The sensitivity reached 12.5mIU/ml. It is useful forscientific reseach and clinical detection. |
