髓内针固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折

目的 观察髓内针固定对儿童股骨干骨折的疗效及对股骨生长的影响。方法 对３６例儿童股骨干骨折采用手术切开复位，小儿髓内针固定，随访０．５～３年。结果 全部病例示出现手术并发症，术后６～８周达到骨性愈合，患肢与健侧等长２８例，７例较健侧长０．６～１．２ｃｍ，１例缩短１．５ｃｍ，Ｘ线摄片片检查未见大粗隆骨骺损伤闭合征象。结论 小儿骨折髓内针固定可达到良好复位和稳固固定，只要掌握好手术适应证，小儿髓内针固

Intramedullary nailing in treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children

Objective To observe the effects of intramedullary nailing for fracture of femur in childrrn Methods Open reduction and pediatric intramedullary nailing were appied to 36 cases with fracture of femoral shaft. The Patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years. Results There were no complications in all cases,bone healing was found 6 tO 8 weeks postoperatively. The length of injured limb was equal to the contralateral in 28 cases.0.6 - 1.2cm longer in 7 cases, 1.5cm shorter in one case,The injury of epiphysis of the greater trochanter was not observed in X-ray examination. Conclusion For femoral shaft fractures in children, intramedullary nailing can provide good reduction and strong stability. If the case is proper, it is applicable in the treatment of fracture of femoral shaft in children..
