| 摘 要： | 高等学校构建和谐校园，是建设和谐社会的重要组成部分。高校人事部门在构建和谐校园中扮演着重要的角色。本文阐述了如何从岗位管理、考核制度、分配制度、培训机制、服务意识等方面优化人事管理工作，促进和谐校园建设。

| Abstract: | To build harmonious campus in university is an important component in building of harmonious society.Human resources department in university play an important role in the building of harmonious campus.This paper explains how to optimize the management of the human resource,and build harmonious campus from the management of posts,examination system,distribution system,training mechanisms,service consciousness and etc. |
