乌灵胶囊治疗伴有抑郁症状的便秘型肠易激综合征的对照研究

目的探讨乌灵胶囊治疗伴抑郁症状的便秘型肠易激综合征(C-IBS)患者的疗效及安全性。方法按罗马标准Ⅲ选择60例C-IBS患者随机分为2组,研究组30例给予乌灵胶囊和聚乙二醇4000,对照组30例给予聚乙二醇4000;疗程8周。应用IBS症状变化评定疗效标准及抑郁自评量表(SDS)于治疗前及治疗8周后进行疗效评定。结果研究组中显效率、总有效率分别为68%和96%,对照组分别为33%和70%,有显著性差异。2组内治疗前与治疗后SDS积分均有显著性差异;治疗后第2,4,8周末研究组SDS积分与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论乌灵胶囊联用聚乙二醇4000能快速缓解C-IBS的临床症状、改善抑郁症状,安全性高、依从性好。

Control study of Wuling capsule on constiipation irritable bowel syndrome accompanied with depression

Objective It is to discuss the curative effect and safety of Wuling capsule on constipation irritable bowel syndrome(C-IBS) accompanied with depression.Methods 60 patients were chosen with the Rome Ⅲ criteria and randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in study group were given Wuling capsule and polyethylene glycol 4000 and 30 cases in control group were given poly-ethylene glycol 4000.The courses of treatment in the two groups were both eight weeks.The curative effects were assessed with IBS symptom change evaluation curative effect criterion and the self-rating depression scale(SDS) before treatment and eight weeks after treatment.Results The excellence rate and total effective rate in study group were 68% and 96% respectively,those in control group were 33% and 70% respectively,and there was significant difference.There was significant difference on the SDS scores in the two groups respectively between before treatment and after treatment.There was significant difference on the SDS scores between study group and control group at the end of the second,fourth and eighth week after treatment.Conclusion Wuling capsule combined with poly-ethylene glycol 4000 can fleetly release the clinical symptom of C-IBS and improve the depression symptom.The safety is high and compliance is good.
