| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氯氮平对精神分裂症患者血清胆碱酯酶活力的影响.方法采用自身对照的方法,分别于治疗前、治疗后1、2、3、4周测血清胆碱酯酶活力,并测BPRS和TESS.结果治疗前与治疗后1、2、3、4周血清胆碱酯酶活力的比较差异均有显著性,t值分别为t1=2.5857,P1＜0.02;t2=3.2804,P2＜0.005;t3=3.7658,p3＜0.001;t4=3.659,P4＜0.001.结论氯氮平对精神分裂症患者血清胆碱酯酶活力有显著影响,氯氮平具有明显的拟胆碱效应.

| Abstract: | Objectives:To determine the change of serum cholinesterase activity caused by clozapine in schizophrenic patients.Methods:Using control\|self study to determine the serum cholinesterase activity before treatment and at 1,2,3,4 weeks after treatment.BPRS and TESS were used to measure clinical effect.Results:Serum cholinesterase activity demonstrated statistics significant difference between before treatment and at 1,2,3,4 week after treatment( t\-1=2.5857,P\-1<0.02;t\-2=3.2804,P\-2<0.005;t\-3=3.7658,P\-3<0.001;t\-4=3.659,P\-4<0.001 .Conclusion:Clozapine had significant influence on serum cholinesterase activity and had cholinomimetic effects. |
