硫酸依替米星注射液在5种输液中的稳定性考察

摘    要: 目的研究硫酸依替米星注射液(悉能)与5种常用输液配伍的稳定性。方法采用柱前OPA衍生化HPLC,考察悉能与5种输液按临床应用配伍,于25℃和35℃条件下,6h内pH,外观,含量变化情况。结果在25℃条件下,悉能与5种输液配伍后6h内基本稳定,在35℃条件下配伍后4h内基本稳定,4h后含量下降明显。结论悉能与5种输液可以配伍使用,但在35℃时应于2~4h内用完。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the stability of Etimicin sulfate injection in infusion solutions.METHOD S The method utilized pre column derivation with OPA by HPLC.The color and clarity were assessed,and pH was measured at 25℃ and 35℃for 6 h.RESULTS At 25℃,all solution containing etimicin retained more than 90% of their initial levels,pH and appearance had no significant change.There was significant declination of their levels at 35℃for 4 h.CONCLUSION Etimicin in infusion solutions should be used in 2~4 h at 35℃.
