疏肝清热补血化瘀法治疗有排卵型功血106例

有排卵型功血是妇科常见病,本病属中医学崩漏范畴。其发病与肝脾肾有关,肝主疏泄,情志刺激,肝气郁 结,气滞血瘀,血不循经,肝郁化火灼伤冲任血络,则经血崩中漏下。脾虚气血生化乏源,血失统摄,胞脉约束无力则经血 淋漓不止。肾虚封藏失职,冲任不固,则经血非时而出,遂成崩漏。根据肝气郁结、热灼冲任、气血两亏、瘀阻胞宫的基本病 机,采用疏肝清热补血化瘀法功血复原汤治疗106例,该法融塞流、澄源、复旧为一体,取得了显著疗效,结果痊愈81例, 好转19例,无效6例,总有效率达94．3％。

106 Cases of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding of Ovulatory Type Treated with Shugan Qingre Buxue Huayu Method

Dusfunctional uterine bleeding (DUS)of ovulatory type is one of the commonest gynecopathies, which belongs to the category of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).The attack is related to the liver,the spleen and the kidneys.Of them, the liver is mainly in charge of dispelling and removing.Once it is stimulated by emotions,it can cause stagnation of the Liver-qi, which leads to stagnation of qi and blood stasis. Consequently,blood doesn t circulate in Channels.Or fire-transmission caused by stagnation, which bums the superficial venules of Chong and Ren Channels.there -fore, menses burst out from metrorrhagia.The lack of the source of growth and development of qi and blood is due to hypofunction of the spleen.Which loses control of blood and uterine collaterals can't control it,either.As a result,menses drips continuously.The dere liction of duty storing and keeping blood is due to kidney deficiency, which causes Chon g and Ren channels lose control of blood.Consequently, mensens spurts out at irregular intervals, and forms metrorrhagia and met-rostasis.According to the basic pathogenesis staynation of the liver-qi, burning Chong and Ren Channels of fire-transmission, the deficiency of qi and blood and blood stasis in uterus,use Shugan Qingre Buxue Huayu Method with recovery soup of DUB to treat 106 cases.This method is the combination of blocking the blood flow, clearing up the source and involution, which has striking effects.As a result,81 Cases have been cured, 19 cases become better,6 cases with no effect.The general effective rate is 94.3%.
