| 摘 要： | 目的分析非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者支原体感染及药敏状况,为指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法对279例NGU患者泌尿生殖道分泌物进行支原体的培养、鉴定、计数及药敏试验,并对12种抗菌药物对支原体的敏感性进行回顾性统计分析。结果279例NGU患者检出支原体共162株,阳性率为58.1%;其中解脲脲支原体(Uu)阳性者115例(70.9%),人支原体(Mh)阳性者9例(5.6%),混合感染者38例(23.5%);年龄分布以20~35岁的性活跃人群发病最高,约53.7%;支原体敏感性较好的药物是米诺环素、四环素,耐药率较高的是红霉素、司帕沙星。结论NGU患者的病原体主要是Uu,米诺环素、四环素可作为治疗支原体感染的首选药物,重视NGU的病原学检测和药敏试验,对指导临床用药,最大限度地控制耐药菌株的产生,尤为重要。
