| 摘 要： | 目的 评估胆道支架植入联合区域灌注化疗治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的疗效.方法 对17例植入胆道支架并辅以区域灌注化疗的恶性梗阻性黄疸患者,回顾性分析黄疸消退时间、生存时间、依从性和并发症等.结果 术后2周内,17例总胆红素均降至接近正常水平,术后10个月有1例死于慢性支气管炎急性发作所致呼吸衰竭,16例生存时间超过13个月,最长达25个月,所有患者依从性良好,1例患者出现穿刺道转移,其余无严重并发症.结论 植入胆道支架并辅以区域灌注化疗治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸患者具有微创、安全、生存时间长、生存质量高、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用运用.
